Building Maintenance Technician (M/F/D) - Santarém

• Minimum mandatory schooling;
• Professional experience in multi-skilled roles in the maintenance of buildings, stores, and offices;
• Knowledge in Electricity and HVAC is valued;
• Basic knowledge of maintenance software;
• Responsibility and autonomy;
• Proactivity, rigor, and reliability;
• Planning and organization;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Light vehicle driver's license (mandatory);
• Availability to travel within the national territory.

Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for the physical assets of its Clients, throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.

For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited will join the mobile teams and must be able to perform simple tasks in preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and water network equipment (among others), ensuring their quality according to the contractually provided terms.

Location: Santarém.
