What we're looking for
- Higher education in Electrical Engineering (mandatory);
- Light vehicle driver's license (mandatory).
Nice to have
- Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (preferred);
- Registration with the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (preferred);
- Professional experience in Facility Management contract management (valued);
- Solid knowledge of maintenance software;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Networking and Client focus;
- Initiative and proactivity;
- Autonomy and rigor in work planning and organization;

The role
Contract Manager in the Facility Management area (M/F/D) - Greater Porto/North Zone
What you'll do
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for the physical assets of its Clients, throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited must be able to plan, direct, and monitor the operational activity in the Facility Management contract(s) under their responsibility, namely engineering services, the management and maintenance of facilities/equipment, and the management of a multidisciplinary technical team. They must also perform close and continuous monitoring with the Client, in accordance with senior guidance and established procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the agreed service levels and promote Client satisfaction and subsequent loyalty.
Job requirements and competency profile
- Availability for mobility in the Northern Region of the country;
Location: Greater Porto / North Zone of the country.
