As a Production Technician | Preparation, you will join the production team to ensure the efficient preparation of materials and components, guaranteeing quality and deadline compliance. You will work in collaboration with production and logistics teams to support manufacturing processes and ensure that raw materials and subcomponents are ready for subsequent production phases.
Material preparation: Cutting and preparation of fabrics, foams, and other materials, manually and using cutting machines;
Quality control: Inspection of prepared parts and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and internal standards;
Stock management: Control and receipt of raw materials, recording entries/exits, and updating inventories using stock management software;
Machine operation: Use and basic maintenance of cutting machines and associated equipment, ensuring safety and proper functioning;
Teamwork: Collaboration with production, assembly, and logistics operators to coordinate deliveries and preparation priorities;
Workstation organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workplace, following safety standards and internal procedures;
Continuous improvement: Identification of process optimization opportunities and participation in improvement initiatives.
Previous experience working with composites, fabrics, and foams;
Experience with cutting machines or a willingness to learn to operate this type of equipment (preferred);
Good command of stock management software or knowledge of ERP systems (preferred);
A liking for manual work and attention to detail;
Good organizational skills, time management, and a sense of responsibility;
Availability for production-based work and for eventual shifts, as needed;
Qualifications in the technical-industrial area or relevant vocational training are valued.
