Requirements

Degree in Law from a Portuguese university;
Active registration with the Portuguese Bar Association;
Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience as a Lawyer, preferably gained at a law firm and/or a company's legal department;
Experience and/or particular interest in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Foundation Law;
Interest in a generalist and multidisciplinary legal practice, with availability to follow different legal matters related to business activity;
Good knowledge of Contract Law;
Good capacity for legal analysis, research and drafting;
Ability to work with autonomy, rigor and a sense of responsibility;
Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
Proactive, pragmatic and problem-solving profile;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Availability to work on-site.

The role

We are currently looking for a Lawyer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our Legal Department.

The selected professional will have the opportunity to follow a wide range of legal matters related to the activities of the group's different companies and entities, working directly with the Legal Department and the various business areas.

Main Duties

Ongoing legal support to the different business areas and companies of the group;
Drafting, analysis, review and negotiation of commercial and corporate contracts;
Handling of Corporate and Commercial Law matters, including corporate documentation and support for transactions and corporate decisions;
Handling of Real Estate Law matters, namely acquisition, lease, operation, construction and other contracts related to real estate assets;
Legal support in matters related to foundations, non-profit entities, patronage and their respective legal framework;
Drafting of legal opinions, legal notes, communications and other documents of a legal nature;
Cross-cutting support within the Legal Department on matters of a diverse nature, from the perspective of a generalist legal practice.
