Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Law, active registration with the Bar Association, and 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the M&A area;
Proficiency in English (oral and written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI tools applied to legal practice;
Strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, legal writing, and priority management;
Team spirit and the ability to coordinate and/or integrate into multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities:

What you'll do

Monitoring processes for the purchase and sale of equity interests and other corporate transactions;
Structuring and negotiating investment agreements and other contractual instruments;
Conducting and coordinating legal due diligence processes;
Supporting transactions in coordination with PwC business teams;
Legal analysis and framing of corporate, transactional, and regulatory issues;
Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and transactional documentation;
Direct client management, ensuring technical rigor, deadline compliance, and quality.
