Junior Legal Counsel (Tech)

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on GDPR/Privacy or Law applied to Technology;
• More than 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Background in technology companies;
• Consolidated experience in GDPR and Privacy;
• Solid knowledge in Commercial Law, Privacy/Security and auditing, and technology law;

• Additional training related to AI will be valued;

• Fluent English, spoken and written;

• Analysis of commercial contracts, issuance of legal opinions, and assessment of compliance, privacy, and sustainability for the Group's companies;
• Drafting of contracts, NDAs, or other legal instruments;
• Providing general support on various corporate matters for the different International entities;
• Monitoring compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the Business Group;
• Managing legal documentation and records, ensuring their accuracy, up-to-date status, and easy access;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Security, and external lawyers
