What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on GDPR/Privacy or Law applied to Technology;
- More than 3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Background in technology companies;
- Consolidated experience in GDPR and Privacy;
- Solid knowledge in Commercial Law, Privacy/Security and auditing, and technology law;
- Additional training related to AI will be valued;
- Fluent English, spoken and written;
- Strong research/study capacity and notions of commercial strategy;
- Analytical mindset;
- Dynamism, quick thinking, and problem-solving capacity
The role
What you'll do
- Analysis of commercial contracts, issuance of legal opinions, and assessment of compliance, privacy, and sustainability for the Group's companies;
- Drafting of contracts, NDAs, or other legal instruments;
- Providing general support on various corporate matters for the different International entities;
- Monitoring compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to the Business Group;
- Managing legal documentation and records, ensuring their accuracy, up-to-date status, and easy access;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Security, and external lawyers
