Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferred);
Experience in emergency management (preferred);
CAP as a Senior Safety Technician - Level VI (mandatory);
Training in CCP, SGSPAG, ATEX, and firefighting (preferred);
IT knowledge (MS Office and SAP);
Driver's license (mandatory);
Availability for factory assistance (rotating schedule).

The role

A The Navigator Company intends to strengthen its Health, Safety and Support Systems Directorate team by hiring a Senior Safety Technician who will ensure the delivery of occupational risk prevention and protection services, within the framework of promoting the improvement of working conditions and accident prevention, thus contributing to an economic group with international reach while being part of a dynamic, high-performance team.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions;
Carry out safety inspections, checks and measurements;
Identify hazards, assess risks and propose preventive measures;
Monitor critical work and emergency situations;
Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions;
Support safety training and awareness initiatives;
Contribute to continuous improvement programmes.
