The role

our client is a leading company in its sector, in strong growth and evolution, which intends to reinforce its structure with a process & continuous improvement manager (m/f/x).

What you'll do

  • key responsibilities

    reporting to the operations director, this professional will have as their main responsibilities:



    • analyze and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and waste reduction;

    • implement continuous improvement methodologies;

    • monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions;

    • develop and conduct training initiatives;

    • manage and organize the work and the team in order to maximize efficiency;

    • train and promote the development of knowledge and skills within the teams;

    • participate in innovation projects and industrial process automation.
