The role
TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis is a company of the Teixeira Duarte Group, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, operating in the area of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Developments, Technical and Industrial Installations.
Maintenance Assistant (m/f) with relevant professional experience, to join the team in the Linda-a-Velha area:
What you'll do
- Support the conservation and repair of equipment;
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, replacing lamps, or small repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing);
- Comply with occupational safety standards, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment and keeping work areas clean and safe;
- Prepare, organize, and clean the tools, parts, and equipment used in interventions.
Responsibilities
Required Profile
- Minimum education at the 12th-grade level, vocational training (preferred);
- Basic experience in specialty maintenance - HVAC/Electricity/Water and Sewage;
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial scope or in a building context;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and comprehensive environment;
- Sense of responsibility and personal organization;
- Team spirit.
