• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems;
• 2 to 3 years in Power Platform projects and data analysis;
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI;
• Participation in automation and digital transformation projects;
• Experience with Generative AI and advanced prompt usage will be a differentiating factor.

TDGI - Tecnologia de Gestão de Imóveis is a company within the Teixeira Duarte Group, a group widely known in the Civil Construction and Public Works sector, operating in the areas of Facility Management, Global Building Management, Real Estate, and Technical and Industrial Installations, and is looking for a Digital Transformation, Power Platform & AI Specialist (m/f) with relevant professional experience to join the team in Oeiras, whose objective is to develop digitalization and process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, explore and analyze data to support decision-making, and promote the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

• Develop business applications with Power Apps;

• Implement automations and workflows with Power Automate;

• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI;

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Planner, Dataverse);

• Participate in the definition of development standards and Power Platform governance;

• Identify opportunities for digitalization and process automation;

• Collect, transform, and analyze data from different systems;

• Develop analysis models and key performance indicators (KPIs);

• Produce executive reports to support decision-making;

• Ensure data quality and consistency;

• Collaborate with business areas in identifying analytical needs;

• Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering;

• Design and optimize prompts for Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, among others);

• Develop AI use cases applied to business processes;

• Implement automations that combine AI with Power Platform;
