The role
We are recruiting a Receptionist with relevant professional experience to join the team in the Parque das Nações area:
What you'll do
- Reception and assistance of employees, clients, and visitors to the building;
- Support for Event Management;
- Administrative duties inherent to the role.
Required profile
- 12th grade of schooling;
- Experience in Reception within a Corporate Environment (Preferred);
- Experience in performing general reception administrative tasks;
- Intermediate user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- User of SAP Software (preferred);
- English minimum level B2 - conversation and writing (Eliminatory factor);
- Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary environment;
- Good communication skills, dynamism, and empathy.
