• Proven experience in catering (preferably in sushi)

• Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles

• Operational knowledge of sushi bar/kitchen

• Fluency in English

Subenshi is growing and is looking for a Manager to lead our Sushi Bar/Kitchen team in Porto and V. N. Gaia.

• Manage the daily operation of the sushi bar/kitchen

• Plan and organize production (mise en place and service)

• Coordinate and train the team
