Lisbon - Floor Manager

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership roles within the restaurant industry (mandatory requirement). Experience in high-end or premium dining is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with customers and the team.

• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and a highly professional attitude.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement); knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is valued.

• Remuneration: €1,950 gross per month.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, split, with two rotating days off.

The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring a premium experience at all stages of service and for leading the floor team on a daily basis, in coordination with the Operations Management.

• Coordinate daily floor operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Welcome and advise customers and manage reservations with rigor.

• Lead, support, and motivate the team, ensuring operational and cultural alignment with Subenshi.

• Ensure compliance with internal rules, procedures, and operational objectives defined by the Operations Management.
