Lounge/Information Desk Assistant - Porto Airport

- Minimum education: 12th grade;

- Good knowledge of the Portuguese language and the English language, spoken and written

(eliminatory factor);

- Computer skills from a user perspective;

- Customer orientation;

- Total availability of schedules, day and night (even though it is part-time);

- Residence in the Porto area (preferred).

- Salary composed of: €462.50 + meal allowance (€4.55/day), transport allowance (€40.09/month), shift allowance, Christmas and holiday allowances;

- Schedule: Part-time of 20 hours per week (with the possibility of moving to full-time);

- All interested candidates will have to attend theoretical and practical training. After this training, candidates may be integrated into a young and dynamic team.

- Carry out the identification and registration of passengers, providing the necessary information regarding the operation of the Lounge and directing them, if necessary, to the boarding gates; comply with the internal regulations of the Lounge;

- Tidying the Lounge, collecting dishes, ashtrays, magazines/newspapers and any other equipment to a proper location, as well as restocking products;

- Prepare the shift report;

- Provide information to the public regarding schedules, flights, check-in counters, service directions and other information related to the Airport;

- Receive and direct internal and external telephone calls, using the equipment available for this purpose;

- Provide information to telephone service users when requested.
