The IT Technical Specialist – EasyTech is responsible for customer service, management, and follow-up, with a view to meeting service quality objectives and predefined results. You will diagnose, install, and configure Operating Systems on all types of equipment sold in the store and replace hardware components in laptops and desktops.

- Academic training at the 12th-grade level, preferably in the IT field (completion of a curricular internship is considered an asset)

- Proven experience in the field (proven experience in repairing laptops and desktops);

- Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems (installation and configuration);

- Knowledge of IP Networks (installation and configuration);

- Ease of communication and interpersonal skills;

- Dynamism and proactivity;

- Organizational skills and stress resistance;

- Customer and Results orientation;

- Schedule flexibility (shifts and weekends).
