System Administrator

• Solid experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in the implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune.
• Experience in SCCM/MECM administration in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Good knowledge of Linux administration (user management, patch application, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, basic networking, and security hardening).
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, application packaging, software distribution, and patch management.
• Knowledge of security best practices for endpoints and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting environments with hundreds or thousands of managed devices.
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Shell scripting in Linux environments.
• Valued Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102); Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or equivalent Linux certification; Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, SUSE) environments.
• Manage enterprise infrastructures, including servers, operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Administer Microsoft SCCM/MECM, including operating system deployment, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint inventory.
• Lead endpoint modernization initiatives, including the migration of traditional management platforms to cloud-native Intune.
• Manage device lifecycle processes using Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning methods.
• Configure and maintain endpoint compliance, security baselines, configuration profiles, and Conditional Access policies.
• Support the management of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux endpoints, where applicable.
• Implement and maintain security technologies for endpoints, including Microsoft Defender and vulnerability mitigation processes.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to infrastructures, operating systems, endpoints, and applications.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace teams to ensure the delivery of secure and reliable IT services.
