What are we looking for?

A LINE LEADER INTAKE (M/F), for our SOHI team in SANTARÉM and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

What your day will involve...

• Ensuring compliance with Safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Hygiene Practices on the line;
• Controlling the reception of raw materials, the operation of teams, and the correct use of the equipment at your disposal;
• Providing training to teams and ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
• Assessing and improving productivity, promoting Continuous Improvement.

• Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level or relevant experience in the role;
• Schedule availability for shift 1 and shift 2 (07H-16H/16H-01H);
• Computer knowledge from a user perspective (MS Office) and ERP;
• Language skills at the English level;
• Goal orientation and a high sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and relationship skills;
• Critical thinking and analytical capacity;
• Team management skills.
