We are looking for a Rent-a-Car Team Leader (m/f/d), to join us on this journey at our Ponta Delgada Airport station.

The Challenge

Promote a customer experience, through vehicle rental and other associated services, with the drive "Guerin, a journey made of people”.

DRIVE YOUR LIFE!

- Planning of infleets and defleets for the assigned area and the respective team;

- Management of unproductive fleet at your station/area, such as maintenance and logistical movements;

- Welcoming and integration of new employees;

- Monitoring and on-the-job training of employees;

- Active participation in the updating of standards, IT’s and Quality Manual;

- Evaluation of the commercial and operational performance of the team;

- Preparation of the operational plan in order to achieve commercial objectives;

- Management of the P&L of the stations under your responsibility and creation of action plans to improve results.

- Degree in Management, Economics, or similar;

- Fluent English (spoken and written – eliminating factor), Spanish, French, German, etc. - preferential factor;

- Proven experience in team management, business unit or store management (retail, service management, or similar);

- Autonomy in P&L and KPI management, as well as in the creation of action plans;

- Experience in digital transformation projects for physical stores (preferential factor);

- Operational knowledge of E-Commerce (exchanges, sales, stock...) (preferential factor);

- Solid knowledge of Excel;

- Focus on customer satisfaction;

- Good communication skills;

- Agility for multitasking, anticipating participation in several projects simultaneously;

- Focus on solutions, resilience and excellent skills in motivation, influence and team monitoring;

- Driver's license for more than 2 years.
