What you'll do
Your Mission: To plan and coordinate the activities of the Distribution and Warehouse Teams, conducting operations in the most efficient manner, according to defined rules and Quality, Safety, and Environment standards, so as to satisfy market needs and ensure product compliance and proper packaging both in terms of warehouse storage and transport to the market.

- Prepare, activate, and supervise the normal functioning of the warehouse and the entire physical warehouse space;
- Minimize product breakage, by raising team awareness regarding loss identification and product handling;
- Ensure product storage under the food safety and hygiene conditions defined by the internal process;
- Guarantee the correct allocation of resources to the necessary routes;
- Ensure the service level of deliveries;
- Resolve customer complaints related to logistics (Deliveries, Credits);
- Intervene with the teams to facilitate the resolution of pending driver accounts;
- Functionally supervise the team, ensuring good communication, listening to, and transmitting relevant information;
- Monitor and provide coaching on Safety rules, performing preventive observations.
