What we're looking for

• 12th grade of schooling- This is the minimum academic qualification requirement that we value, ensuring you have the necessary foundation to develop your skills.
• Focus on service- It is important that you know how to identify opportunities and offer the best solutions to our customers. If you find it easy to deal with the public and are goal-oriented, this characteristic is fundamental.
• Effective communication skills- You will be the direct point of contact for our customers, therefore, the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It is important that you know how to listen to customers' needs and explain the best options to them in a simple and understandable way.
• Organization and attention to detail- In a work environment where product management and customer service are fundamental, organization is a key competency. You will be responsible for managing your time and tasks efficiently to ensure that customers always have a positive shopping experience.
• Willingness to work in a team- Collaboration with your team is essential for the smooth running of any store. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working together, you will like our work environment.
• Availability for diverse schedules- Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work different shifts, including weekends, to ensure we are always ready to serve our customers.
• Availability for geographical travel- In some cases, supporting other stores in the region or special events may be important, so availability to travel is an important advantage.
• Driver's license- Although it is not an essential requirement, having a driver's license can facilitate your travel
