• Develop, maintain, and evolve Artificial Intelligence agent architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing products.
• Lead the technical design of AI agent architectures - from orchestration patterns (multi-agent, RAG, tool-use) to their operationalization in a production context.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and processes that facilitate the integration and adoption of solutions by engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders, acting as a liaison (developer relations) for the adoption, integration, and evolution of agents.
• Promote best practices for quality, security, and observability in AI-based solutions.
• Ensure that AI agents and systems undergo CI/CD processes, model/prompt versioning, and production monitoring.
