• Define and own data architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient
• Lead the design and delivery of data platforms, pipelines, and models supporting analytics and AI use cases
• Build data foundations for AI solutions, such as RAG pipelines and embedding stores, and identify where AI tools can improve workflows and outcomes
• Lead and mentor the team, setting technical priorities, standards, and best practices
• Ensure production reliability, performance, and data quality
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, translating needs into solution designs
• Shape the technical roadmap, including tool selection and effort estimation
