Facilities Maintenance Technician - Lisbon

The professional to be recruited must be able to perform the technical activities inherent to the installation and preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical facilities and equipment, namely fault diagnosis and respective repair, inspection of electrical panels, replacement of electrical apparatus, and cable pulling.

• Professional experience in facilities maintenance, specifically in electrical or HVAC systems;

• Knowledge and professional experience in building maintenance;

• Ability to manage preventive maintenance work and corrective maintenance requests;

• Registration with the Direção Geral de Energia e Geologia in the Electricity field or training/certification in the HVAC area is valued;

• Responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity;

• Knowledge of maintenance software is valued;

• Light vehicle driver's license (preferred).
