We are looking for a CAFETERIA MANAGER for our BAGGA team in CASTELO BRANCO and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

What you'll do

We are counting on you to...
Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the cafeteria, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and promoting an environment of cooperation and motivation.
Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that offer a high-level service experience, satisfying and building customer loyalty.
Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards, keeping the cafeteria in accordance with regulations.
Indicator Analysis: Monitor and interpret cafeteria performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement strategies that drive business results.

Affinity with Catering and Cafeterias: Passion and genuine interest in the catering area and in customer contact.
Previous Experience: Experience in team management and the operation of cafeteria establishments is valued.
Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate the team, with a strong orientation towards results and a focus on quality.
Knowledge of Office and Winrest Tools: Experience with these tools is an advantage to ensure efficiency in recording and operational management.
Minimum Education: Completed 12th grade.
