What will you have to do?

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of your kitchen section.

  Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.

  Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.

  Control stock levels, ordering, storage, and waste management.

  Support menu development and the execution of seasonal and specialty dishes.

  Train, supervise, and support junior team members while collaborating closely with the wider culinary team.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in presentation and quality.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Passion for gastronomy, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
