Requirements
What we're looking for
Sense of responsibility, attendance, and professional pride;
Attention to detail, a vigilant posture, and ease of communication with the public;
Residence in the Vila Nova de Milfontes area or ease of commuting;
Schedule availability (including weekends);
First Aid course or Lifeguard certification (preferred).
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Employment contract;
Gross Salary: 1000€;
Meal Allowance: 185€ (meal card);
Working Hours, in a full-time regime, between 08:00 and 22:00;
Fixed days off during the week;
Initial and continuous training;

The role

What you'll do
Active surveillance of the pool area and surrounding spaces to ensure everyone's safety;
Ensuring compliance with the rules for the use and operation of the pool area;
Access control, reception, and guidance of space users;
Support in basic maintenance and cleaning of the area surrounding the pool (organizing toys, waste collection, etc...).
