Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent areas;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles with a strong analytical, financial, or decision-support component;
Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically in model building, data analysis, and reporting;
Knowledge of SQL and experience in data exploration, processing, and analysis;
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, will be valued;
Ability to build structured analyses and actionable recommendations to support decision-making;
Proficiency in the English language, written and spoken (eliminatory factor).
Strong analytical capacity and critical thinking;
Results orientation and problem-solving;
Ability to synthesize and communicate clearly with different stakeholders;
High sense of organization, rigor, and attention to detail;
Curiosity, proactivity, and orientation toward continuous improvement;
Ability to work in demanding contexts, with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines.

The role

Reporting to the Business Development team, your main mission will be to analyze portfolio and operational performance, transforming data into insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

What you'll do

Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators of business plans, evaluating trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement against established objectives and projections;
Develop performance reports and management analyses, transforming data into relevant information to support strategic decision-making;
Support the development of financial models for evaluating investment opportunities, projecting results, and supporting management decisions;
Monitor data quality and information integrity, ensuring the reliability of the analyses produced;
Collaborate cross-functionally with different areas of the organization, ensuring alignment between business needs, performance indicators, and management information;
Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for different stakeholders, including management teams and investors.
