Composites Operator (m/f/d)

- Availability to work in shifts (eliminatory factor)

- Experience in production roles in an industrial environment

- Knowledge in sanding, drilling, fabric cutting, assembly, or other similar operations

- Dynamic, proactive profile with a willingness to learn

- Sense of responsibility, rigor, demand, and orientation towards continuous improvement.

What does it mean to be a Composites Operator?

- Executes preparation, production, and finishing operations of aeronautical parts and structures

- Performs visual and dimensional control of the produced parts

- Collaborates actively in the implementation of continuous improvement actions

- Performs the records and documentation inherent to the operations carried out

- Complies with internal procedures in the areas of Quality, Environment, Safety, and 5S methodology.
