What is it like to be an Automotive Mechanical Engineer?

-Coordinate and supervise the preparation, maintenance, and technical assistance of competition vehicles during tests, races, and events;

-Ensure the rapid diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electronic, and performance anomalies in a competition context;

-Work in  collaboration with drivers, the technical team, and partners to optimize vehicle performance and reliability;

-Prepare technical briefings and training for mechanics, engineers, and other team members;

-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in technical performance, brand communication, and partner experience during events;

-Ensure compliance with the technical and sporting regulations applicable to rally competitions;

-Coordination of parts stock.
