What we're looking for

- Academic training in Mechanical Engineering and/or training in Mechatronics

- Proven experience in mechanical and mechatronic services

- Knowledge of hybrid, electric vehicles, and automotive telematics

- Experience in operational management of workshops

- Availability to work on a rotating days-off schedule

- Driver's license

What you'll do

- You are responsible for the management of the workshop, ensuring human and operational management

- You ensure the smooth running and optimization of the workshop's operational work

- You coordinate the daily workflow

- You ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and represent the Midas image

- You are oriented towards the achievement of objectives

- You have the capacity for management and motivation of teams

- You have high commercial capacity

- You are empathetic, autonomous, and have the capacity for customer relations
