Requirements
What we're looking for
12th Year of Schooling and/or Professional Technical Course in the area of Maintenance;
Minimum Professional Experience of 3 years;
Nice to have
Experience working with lifting and movement equipment for loads and people (preferred);
Knowledge of the Waste sector (preferred);
Knowledge of MS Office tools;
Heavy vehicle driving license;
Light vehicle driving license and own vehicle;
Availability for mobility between Workshops in Palmela, Setúbal, and Seixal
The role
Perform the tasks inherent to the inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment, such as heavy vehicles, mobile and fixed equipment, planning, directing, and controlling the assigned teams and resources, in accordance with superior instructions and current standards, in order to guarantee productivity and efficiency, the regular reporting of the activity performed, and compliance with established quality, environmental, and safety rules.
What you'll do
Lead the team and the work performed, adjusting and controlling maintenance and repair interventions, in accordance with superior instructions;
Carry out the allocation of human and material resources for the various activities necessary for the proper functioning of the workshop;
Ensure the proper coordination of the maintenance teams, so as to ensure the performance of the required tasks;
Carry out the recording and reporting of occurrences regarding the activities performed and ensure the good state of maintenance and conservation of vehicles and equipment;
Ensure compliance with prevention and protection measures in the areas of Safety and Environment, raising awareness among your teams regarding compliance with established rules, in order to reduce risks.
