• Logistics experience (preferred)
• Experience in team leadership (mandatory)
• Two years of previous experience in similar roles
• Computer literacy from a user perspective
• Problem analysis and resolution
• Light vehicle driver's license

The role

SUMA, a waste collection company, intends to reinforce its structure by hiring a professional for the Operations Area.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:
• Control the development of the operational activity of their work teams, intervening in problem resolution, according to established procedures, activity planning, and superior guidance, in order to promote compliance with defined plans and contribute to the optimization of resources used in the activity;
• Communicate the distribution of tasks to their team members, control the execution of urban collection and cleaning services through continuous monitoring, and verify compliance with the daily work plan defined by the Service Center Manager, in order to ensure compliance with established service levels and the performance of programmed activities;
• Ensure compliance with all administrative procedures, namely the completion of occurrence reports, verification and validation of daily logs, and other pre-established documents;
• Proceed with the delivery and distribution of equipment, uniforms, and accessories to their team members, ensuring their maintenance, verifying their state of conservation, and providing for their replacement if necessary;
• Report the development of work to the Supervisor, communicate anomalous situations, and receive instructions regarding the planning of subsequent services and any adjustments to be made, in order to adjust the performance of work to the instructions received and to allow for communication and action in accordance with exceptional situations;
• Inform all team members of their rights and duties;
• Comply with and enforce all Quality, Environment, and Safety procedures, collaborating and participating in the execution of measures indispensable to guaranteeing Hygiene and Safety conditions in their workplace.
