Requirements

What we're looking for

  • skills

    • Deep mastery of Java, memory management, concurrency, and the Spring Boot and Spring Cloud ecosystem.
    • Experience with distributed architectures, REST APIs, and resilience patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, and idempotency.
    • Consistent practice in automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, and CI/CD pipelines in Git.
    • Knowledge of relational, NoSQL, or geo-distributed and NewSQL databases.
    • Previous experience in container ecosystems (Docker/Kubernetes) and payment solutions or the financial sector is valued.

The role

What you'll do

    • Develop and maintain high-performance microservices and APIs in Java with Spring Boot, oriented towards cloud-native environments.
    • Implement unit, integration, and contract tests, actively collaborating with QA on test automation.
    • Participate in the technical design of distributed and low-latency architectures together with solution architects.
    • Ensure code quality through code reviews, DevSecOps practices, and the integration of observability and tracing.
    • Analyze and mitigate incidents in development and staging environments, also acting as advanced 3rd-line support.
