The role
our client is a leading company in the food sector that, as part of its growth, intends to strengthen its team with a production planning specialist (m/f/x).
What you'll do
key responsibilities
reporting to the production planning manager, this professional will have the following main responsibilities:
- develop and share detailed 4-week production plans, adjusting schedules and capacities to avoid overloads and ensure deliveries;
- critically analyze sales trends, preventing product stock excess or shortages;
- monitor production compliance, correcting deviations, resolving operational problems, and assessing their impacts;
- maintain constant coordination with sales, purchasing, and logistics to align resources, goals, and line efficiency;
- analyze production indicators to propose continuous improvements in processes;
- ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, allergen management, and company certifications.
