• key responsibilities

  Responsible for serving customers, preparing and serving meals, drinks, juices, coffees, teas, and other infusions
  Execute preparation according to composition or preference, according to the customer's wish
  Responsible for the cleaning and organization of the space
  Preparation of small meals (salads, sandwiches, toasts, etc.)
  Preparation of drinks and natural juices
  Prepare the service area correctly, all mise-en-place, check and control work materials, and execute preparations prior to the counter
  Customer service (welcoming; plating; answering questions and suggestions)
  Register - cash register
  Cleaning and organization of the space
