Our Objectives: Our Relationship Centre brings the expertise and empathetic approach that are an essential added value during a key moment in our Clients' lives!

We provide qualitative after-sales service, mainly by telephone but also by e-mail, answering client doubts regarding the products our team supports, guiding them in the management of their products, while working in close collaboration with the management teams. In this way, we contribute strongly to a smooth and satisfying end-to-end process to reach our final and common goal: everyone's satisfaction.

• Guarantee the processing of incoming calls,
• Answer Client questions, requests, and needs with expertise as well as a professional approach that is balanced yet also human and empathetic,
• Contribute to improving the quality of the relationship with the Client,
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of service provided to the Client,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of internal processes.

• A fluent/native level of French,
• Knowledge of telephone interview structure and customer relationship techniques,
