Point of Sale Assistant (M/F/X)

• key responsibilities

  Based on supporting Vodafone customers in partner stores in the indicated areas, encouraging and training sales teams to achieve defined KPIs, safeguarding the Brand's purpose.
  Customer approach for the sale of Vodafone fixed and mobile services.
  Ensuring the correct implementation of campaigns.
  Daily monitoring of sales in order to reach the objectives defined by Store Cluster.
  Includes remote and in-person support.

• skills

  12th year of schooling (minimum);
  Professional experience in supporting sales teams, KPI analysis;
  Experience in customer and partner service and administrative tasks;
  Good computer skills from a user perspective;
  Communication skills and dynamism;
  Sense of responsibility and proactivity;
  Driver's License and own vehicle (mandatory requirement).

• main benefits

  Base salary €920 + Meal Allowance €8.75/day;

  
  

  Commissions up to €600/month;

  
  

  Schedule 10am-7pm;

  
  

  Days off on Sunday and Monday, with the exception of the 1st and last Sunday of the month when you must work, in which case you have a day off another day of the week

  
  

  Indefinite term contract;
