Randstad is currently recruiting for the role of OAE (Ramp Assistance Operator) for Porto Airport, on a part-time basis (30H).

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Assist airline aircraft, ensuring the loading and unloading of cargo, mail, and baggage according to internal procedures or those defined by client airlines;
  
  
  • Place and remove warning cones that delimit the area where the operation takes place;
  
  
  • Place and remove chocks on aircraft wheels;
  
  
  • Handle and operate equipment necessary for operations on the apron (stairs, jet bridges, loaders, generators);
  
  
  • Empty reservoirs and supply the aircraft with potable water;
  
  
  • Open cargo compartments;
  
  
  • Operate and drive vehicles necessary for operations near aircraft, terminals, and parking areas;
  
  
  • Perform pushback;
  
  
  • Organize, forward, and prepare documentation supporting the activities carried out on the platforms.
