To guarantee the safe and efficient execution of validation flights, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational quality, and the delivery of aircraft with high performance standards, contributing to product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and conduct validation activity flights;

• Complete all documentation as required in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements;

• Perform instructional duties at the request of the Integration Production Manager/Production Director;

• Ensure that all aircraft issues are reported in the quality system;

• Ensure that the aircraft reaches the final customer with a high standard and that any issues are noted; Ensure the safe conduct of flight operations when operating in any role.

• Knowledge of aviation or aeronautics;

• A1, A2, and A3 certificates (preferred);

• Well organized, good team spirit, and a problem-solving approach;

• Alternative experience in model aircraft flights (fixed wing) as an alternative;
