As a Manager at Strategy&, you will work with leading organizations, both national and international, across various sectors. Together with your team, you will develop innovative strategies and approaches throughout the entire value chain - from business and operational models to technological and digital strategies, including transformation programs.
You will lead (sub)projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and act as a link between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with colleagues from various consulting areas and leverage the expertise of our global network to develop and implement integrated solutions.
You will also assume a mentoring role, promoting the development of your colleagues and actively contributing to an open and collaborative team culture. Through continuous training, you will deepen your methodological, leadership, and sector-specific skills.
In projects, you will analyze complex issues for our clients, structure problems, and develop strategic solutions with sustainable impact. Typical themes include:
You will be responsible for the results of your projects, ensuring quality, deadline compliance, and budget control, and you will present results at the executive level (C-Level). Additionally, you will actively contribute to winning new projects, developing proposals, and strengthening commercial relationships with clients.
