Strategy Analyst | Human Resources

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field;
• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in consulting, organizational transformation, or roles with a strong analytical component;
• High analytical and problem-solving capacity;
• Ease in interpreting and processing data;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools;
• Capacity for organization, autonomy, and priority management;
• Good communication and influence skills with different stakeholders.

• Experience in transformation or organizational change projects;
• Contact with topics of strategy, organizational design, or process improvement;
• Experience in demanding and fast-paced environments;
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and a desire to challenge the status quo.

• Participation in strategic projects with cross-cutting impact across the Group;
• Close contact with different business areas and teams;

• Support the definition and implementation of strategic projects in the People and Organization area;
• Analyze data and indicators to support decision-making and the identification of improvement opportunities;
• Participate in organizational transformation, talent development, and employee experience initiatives;
• Develop analyses, studies, and recommendations to respond to organizational challenges;
• Perform benchmarking and monitor market trends in matters related to talent management and organizations;
• Collaborate with different teams and business areas to ensure the implementation of initiatives;
• Translate analyses and strategic concepts into concrete and executable action plans.
