Team Manager Internship in Porto

We have 13 stores spread across Portugal. After the selection process is completed, you may join the store that best suits your personal situation.

You will shadow a store Department Manager and support department management functions. Together, you will analyze and work on:

• Sales indicators and commercial plans.
• Strategic team meetings.
• Decisions regarding orders and product display (Visual Merchandising).
• Compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards.

Always with a focus on ensuring an excellent customer experience, thanks to you and your team.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Marketing, Market Research, Commerce, or similar areas.
• Possibility of establishing an internship agreement with a recognized educational institution.
• Dynamism, energy, and excellent communication skills.
• We value experience in the retail sector and a good level of English.

• 6-month internship with a support stipend.
