What we're looking for

competencies
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the Advanced Analytics area, involving the execution of and participation in projects in the FMCG commercial area and the presentation of results to stakeholders;
- Completed Higher Education in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering and Data Analytics. Universities: FCUP, FEUP, PBS, UNL (preferred);
- Mathematical and statistical knowledge, machine learning, computer science, and specialized skills;
- Experience in SQL programming, preferably in Big Query - Google Cloud Platform;
- Experience in modern Data Analytics techniques and programming method tools (Python and DAX-Power BI);
- Knowledge of code version management (GIT);
- Structured thinking, curiosity, and proactivity;
- Strong relational component with the ability to communicate and influence;
- Good level of English knowledge.

The role

We are recruiting a Data & Analytics Professional (m/f/x) to join an innovative project in industrial operations, within the Super Bock Bebidas group.

What you'll do

key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data analysis strategy aligned with the Company's objectives and its needs, promoting a data-driven culture and value empowerment in decision-making;
- Promote the interface with the commercial area to identify opportunities and "business pain points" during project development and deployment;
- Deliver solutions for business problems, anticipating the identification of opportunities through the cross-referencing of various information sources, modeling, and deployment in the visualization tools owned by the Company to provide actionable insights to the organization;
- Develop Advanced Analytics projects from A to Z, from problematizing a business need or opportunity to creating actionable recommendations for the business using Machine Learning and AI techniques in the commercial area, with the possibility of interconnection to other areas of the company;
- Use statistical tools and methods for the development of analytical models to support commercial decision-making (diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive) and business information analysis capable of supporting quick wins;
- Support strategic management decisions for the Commercial area (external and internal market) of the Super Bock Group;
- Evaluate and implement new data analysis solutions and tools, supported by Artificial Intelligence, that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial activity.
