What we're looking for

Senior experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or PMO in complex technological contexts;
Proven experience in the simultaneous coordination of multiple initiatives, always articulating with the team leaders and project managers of each initiative;
Strong capacity for integrated planning, management of dependencies, risks, and capacity;
Experience in budget control, forecasting, and financial monitoring of portfolios;
Capacity to produce management information and reporting for area coordinators, management, and executive bodies;
High analytical capacity, organization, autonomy, and results orientation;
Clear and assertive communication, capacity for influence, and ease of articulation with different teams and levels of responsibility.

Nice to have

Good knowledge of Azure DevOps, portfolio management tools, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI will be valued;
Knowledge of the financial/banking sector will be valued;

The role

Noesis is looking for a senior resource to take on a cross-functional role as Senior Delivery & Portfolio Manager.

What you'll do

Ensure an integrated view of the portfolio of initiatives and respective epics, promoting the fulfillment of delivery commitments, articulation between teams, capacity planning, and financial control of the portfolio.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the project portfolio cross-functionally;
Consolidate delivery plans and roadmaps, ensuring monitoring of milestones and commitments;
Identify and monitor dependencies between teams, risks, impediments, and deviations, promoting their respective resolution or escalation;
Support portfolio prioritization based on value, capacity, dependencies, and assumed commitments;
Monitor team capacity and anticipate reinforcement needs;
Consolidate and monitor the project portfolio budget, including actuals, commitments, and forecast, with a CAPEX / OPEX view;
Support annual planning and periodic reviews of budget and capacity;
Produce executive reporting on portfolio status, deliveries, risks, capacity, and budget;
Promote discipline in the updating and quality of management information in Azure DevOps, project management tools, capacity management (orchestra), as well as each team's forecast and other monitoring instruments.

Requirements

Work model: 1x week in Damaia.
