What we're looking for

Higher education in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in the development and support of integrations between enterprise systems;
English at a professional level (B2/C1) - International teams;
Hands-on experience in the development and operation of integrations in production environments;
Solid knowledge of at least one backend language, such as:
Experience with REST and/or OData APIs;
Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling;
Experience with a modern frontend framework;
Hands-on experience with integration platforms, middleware or iPaaS, such as:
Integration experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Public Cloud, or with another equivalent enterprise ERP;
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including:
Experience in supporting production systems, including monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
Knowledge of secure development, including authentication, authorization, secrets management and logging;
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and operational procedures;

Nice to have

Experience with HubSpot APIs and integrations;
Experience with AspenTech products, IMS systems, MES or other industrial platforms;
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365;
Experience with:
Experience in industrial environments, manufacturing, energy, chemicals or process industry;
Knowledge regarding the separation and integration between IT and OT environments;
Experience in data quality, master data management or data governance;
Knowledge of security controls and audit requirements associated with ISO 27001 or NIS2;
Experience in the technical coordination of vendors, external developers or implementation partners.

The role

What you'll do

Design, develop, implement and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, namely ERP, CRM platforms, industrial applications and other business applications;
Develop integrations through REST/OData APIs, middleware, iPaaS, events, batch processing and, when necessary, file transfers;
Develop and maintain internal applications and automations, including backend services, APIs, data models and web interfaces;
Ensure operational support for applications and integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis and 2nd and 3rd line support;
Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms that allow for identifying failures before they affect users;
Manage the DevOps component of integrations and internal applications, including CI/CD pipelines, development, test and production environments, releases and change control;
Create and maintain technical documentation, including interface catalogs, data flows, operational procedures and runbooks;
Participate in the technical impact assessment of upgrades, releases and new requirements;
Work with internal teams and vendors on the evolution and support of enterprise applications;
Support the management and quality of master data between systems, namely customer, vendor, material and contract data;
Apply security by design principles, including authentication, authorization, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, secrets management, logging and the principle of least privilege;
Contribute to compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements, namely NIS2 and ISO 27001;
Evaluate, together with business and IT areas, when an internal solution should be developed and when it is more appropriate to adopt a market solution.
