What we're looking for
- Professional experience in customer support areas (Banking sector);
- Knowledge of payment systems, banking ecosystem;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT;
- Good capacity for learning, organization, autonomy and dynamism;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Responsibility; Initiative and proactivity; Problem identification and resolution;
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in the information technology field, with digital payment solutions, is valued;
- Knowledge of other languages (oral and written) will be considered.
The role
What you'll do
- Customer support via email/phone - responding to service requests;
- Implement parameters / configurations of banking services in the core system;
- Implement parameters / configurations of acquirer activity support services;
- Follow structured analyses, synthesize conclusions, and present them to the client.
