A day in the life of...

What you'll do

-Manage and motivate the team, and ensure the training and monitoring of the Boutique Coffee Specialists.
- Anticipate the needs of each business area and ensure permanently adequate stocks, place orders, verify deliveries;
- Advise Customers and potential Customers regarding Nespresso products and services;
- Monitor and promote the Boutique's service level according to Nespresso requirements, continuously evaluating service quality and providing continuous feedback to the Coffee Specialists.

What will make you successful

- Educational qualifications at Secondary School level (minimum);
- 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service and sales (preferred);
- Experience in managing customer complaints;
- Experience in team coordination;
- English language skills at a conversational level.
