The obvious jobs — social media managers and community managers at brands and agencies in Madrid and Barcelona — sit alongside a quieter specialty: multilingual hubs, mostly in Barcelona and Málaga, that run European brands' social accounts and communities in German, French, Dutch, Italian and English. Those teams recruit internationally and often don't require Spanish at all, which makes them a common first job for new arrivals.
