We are looking for Coffee Specialists to join our Boutique.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will...

Be a true Nespresso brand ambassador;
Greet, advise, and assist each customer in a personalized manner;
Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives through consultative and differentiated service.

What you'll do

A day in the life of...

Greet Customers and identify their needs;
Advise Customers and potential Customers regarding Nespresso products and services;
Introduce the art of coffee tasting and awaken curiosity for our product range;
Perform an initial analysis of faults reported by customers, referring them to Technical Assistance whenever necessary;
Maximize the sale of coffees, machines, and accessories, offering solutions suitable to each customer's profile;
Contribute to maintaining the Boutique's appearance in accordance with company policy;
Perform daily replenishment of capsules, machines, and accessories.
